Issues present are Vol. 8 Nos. 3-5 and Vol. 9 No. 2; 16p. each, stapled wraps, 8.25 x 10.75 inches, evenly toned, all except Vol. 8 No. 3 with address labels on rear wraps, Vol. 8 Nos. 4 and 5 with remains of stickers used to hold shut for mailing on bottom and top edges, Vol. 8 No. 4 with s a few small stains on front wrap else generally good condition on newsprint. The Report was formerly titled "Guatemala!
