Paperback. viii, 127p., inserted b&w illustrations and map in colors; plus extensive appendices and 15 large folded "plates" (= maps) with spot-color. First issue of this version of the project mimeo'd recto-only under professionally-printed cover sheets and a dark blue binder's-tape spine. The tape is torn for two inches at the head and the whole item is faintly musty; an otherwise good copy.
