About This Item
Very Good- with no dust jacket. N.D.. Hardcover. A rare printing of this report -- the "cover" paper is pasted to hardcover boards which is not a publisher's binding. The cover paper has some minor soiling. No publication information is given. Opens to page 2 (previous pages missing). Pages 2 - 7 are printed as two pages per sheet (side by side) and on both sides of the sheet. All other pages are printed single sided to a sheet (opposite side blank). There are 50 text pages interspersed with 38 map sheets. There are a few text corrections done neatly in red ink (spellings, dates) which appear to be publisher edits (the only other copy of this work that I have seen contains the same correction in the same hand). My impression is that this was printed as a publisher's galley proof but I don't know know that for a fact. The first few pages has some minor rounding of the lower corners and the paper has just a bit of aging but is generally in very good condition without tears or soiling. I will be happy to provide other details as requested or to receive any corrections or information concerning this item. ; Oblong Small 4to 9" - 11" tall .
