Corners bumped and edges heavily rubbed, chipped on both volumes. Ribbed spine with gilt lettering. All edges gilt. Vol 1 -Cover is separated and free endpaper and following 2 pages are completely separated, laid in. Binding is otherwise tight. 351 pp. Vol 2 - Front Cover is separated but text is tight. Bookplate in both volumes.
