"The Neale Publishing Company's entry in the 1912 Publisher's Trade Annual happily announced issuance of this work in a three-volume set, bound in cloth, costing $15. The large single volume privately printed for the author in Dallas that same year is the only known version--and it may well be the only version that ever existed" Krick 576.

Clean, no names, no writing. 4to gray cloth. A much needed and enormous undertaking. Contains 2,006 entries.
