Spine is stained and bumped/chipped at edges. Previous owner has written some notes in pencil on first page, which have then been rubbed out - slight mark remains. Pages are stained along bottom edges, and creased at corners. Pages are yellowed at edges, but clean, neat and tightly bound. Condition consistent with age of book.
