Good. hardback. hardback, folio, 13 1/4" x 8 3/4", grey cloth printed black, stain to leading edge of upper board and a notable knock to bottom leading corner of same, the binding is tight however and the text clean and unmarked, cxcvi + 455 pp. A much fuller report than that presented to the Houses of Parliament in London, and one from which much of the Australian constitution was drawn.
