Rad, Honorary Chairman, Israel Communications Centre, Jerusalem, introduction by editor, chronology, bibliography and acknowledgements. Yellow coloured endpapers. Between pages 92 and 93 there are eight pages of black and white photography. Can coloured boards with gilt facsimile signature of David Ben-Gurion to the lower edge of the front panel and gilt coloured titles to the backstrip. Colour photographic dustwrapper with glue and white coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. The name of David Ben-Gurion is synonymous with the creation of the State of Israel. These are his recollections, from his arrival in Israel in 1906 through 80 plus years of extraordinary life. Softening of the backstrip edges and bumping to that top corners. Rubbing of the dustwrapper edges and panels with fading of the backstrip. Creasing to the top backstrip edge. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 216, [3] pages,.
