New York: Richard L. Feigen & Co, 2007. [16p] includes covers, 8x8 inches, essay, chronology, illustrated with color reproductions from the exhibit, very good booklet in stapled pictorial wraps. Johnson was the subject of a wonderful documentary "How to Draw a Bunny" He was primarily a collage artist and part of the mail art movement. He was at least bisexual as Richard Lippold admitted to an affair with Johnson at Black Mountain College. Johnson committed suicide in 1995.
