Baltimore, Md.: The Williams & Wilkins Company, 1931. Book. Near Fine. Cloth. 1st Edition. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Published in December 1931, so stated. Red cloth with black title labels to front and spine with silver lettering . Part of the Century of Progress Exposition Series. This copy is NEAR FINE in a VG , unclipped ($1) DJ.Exterior is rich and clean . Gilt is bright. Edges, spine ends, and tips are sharp. Only a little general dulling. Inside is unmarked, crisp, and tightly bound with minimal, even toning. Red DJ with black lettering is a bit dulled with a modestly sunned spine. Modest chipping at spine ends. Very little wear elsewhere. Bell also wrote multiple novels as "John Taine" . SCARCE availability in this condition..
