London: The Saint Catherine Press Ltd, 1929. 1st Edition. Blue Cloth. Very Good. Large 8vo - (Over 9 - 9¾). Type: Limited Edition Limited edition being no 245 out of 500 copies. 74 pp of introduction and catalogue followed by LXXX b/w photographic plates, separated with tissue guards. Includes a 2 page insert of 'IIlustrated Books on Old Silver. Gilt embossed lettering to the front board and spine. Gilt upper fore edge. Light rubbing to the head and tail of the spines. Light soiling to the boards and a couple of corners turned in. Slightest of bumps to the top edge of the front and rear boards. The tissue frontispiece has a couple of neat creases along its length. The pages are clean and tight. A very good copy.
