Moscow: Self-Published, 1989. First Edition . Side-Stapled Wraps. Very Good Plus. 10" X 13. A fascinating and adventurous brass work in three movements by this gifted former-Soviet composer (born in 1957) now living in Israel. Score indications are in Russian, English, and (where universal) Italian. The composer asks for an interesting stage set-up, with the musicians in four corners, facing away from the center. Additionally, near the end, one finds quotations from the Shostakovich Second Symphony and three brief speaking lines! 30 pages. CONDITION: a securely bound copy with pristine score pages, showing light shelf-wear. It is unmarkd but for a cataloguing number (?) in the lower left corner of the back cover. This exceedingly scarce, attractive copy is now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with backing board. NOTE: multiple score orders, depending on weight, may qualify for a generous shipping charge reduction.
