Londini (London): R. Faulder, 1792. Two volumes complete - Volume One - xxiv, 240pp and Volume Two - [2], 270pp, [2]. Full contemporary straight grain morocco, smooth backs, divided into six panels by single gilt rules, author to second panel in gilt and volume number to third, covers with single fillet border, gilt roll to edges and inner edges, a.e.g., with stormont pattern marbled endpapers. Ex-library but no evidence. Spines dulled and slightly discoloured, rubbed to extremities, couple of minor chips to spine ends. Hint of browning and very occasional spots of foxing internally, but generally fairly bright and clean. Previous owners book label to front pastedowns. Edited by Richard Heber when he was eighteen. Schweiger II:956; Lowndes 2398; Dibdin II:407/8, a "useful little edition, which exhibits the text very elegantly printed by Bulmer". First Thus. Full Morocco. Good+. 12mo. Ex-Library.
