About This Item
New York, 1887. Very good condition. A view of Pulpit Rock in the foreground looking across the Hudson River with marina below, accessible nowadays from Zabriskie Ruins Loop. Sailboats visible in the water at shoreline. Pulpit Rock was part of the original site of the Anthony Fokker estate, but the estate was never completed after building began in 1928. Square edged images mounted on yellow card, approx. 7 x 4.5", with Hudson River New York printed on front, and on verso the full printed list of other stereoview image titles available in this set. Edges slightly rubbed, crisp, clean copy.
