About This Item

London: The Mandrake Press, 1930. First Edition. A fine and fresh copy in a dust jacket with some tiny chips along the bottom of the front panel and minor soiling. This copy has an outer jacket from Selfridge’s with a cut-out at the spine for the title. Another dealer speculated that this might have been intended as a “modesty jacket” given the notoriety of the subject matter.
