[xx], 11p. + two sketch illutrations by Jullian, introduction, texts in French and English, one of 200 numbered copies printed by Daedalus Press for The Enitharmon Press on Glastonbury Antique Laid paper, corners of boards minutely blunted, otherwise very good in black cloth-backed lavender boards and original-issue acetate dustwrapper, a little chipped.
