An exceedingly rare piano score by the late Romantic era German composer (1856-1919), its musical material drawn from his opera of the same title (which was premiered in 1898 at the Neues Stadttheater in Posen), here edited for publication by Edward MacDowell. 5 pages. CONDITION: A Good (overall) copy which was evidently trimmed by a previous owner to excise significantly worn edges. The score pages, however, are clean and unmarked.
