London: Paul Hamlyn. Very Good in Poor dust jacket. (1960). First Edition. Hardcover. Folio size tan cloth. 14" x 10". Includes all 52 plates, as listed, at the second half of the book. Most of these are in color. There is some minor bumping about the edges. A former owner bookplate and his name is also found on the upper, copyright page. It is otherwise a very clean, unmarked book. At the title page there does appear to be a missing page or frontispiece but I am really not sure. There is a stub at the joint where there appears to have been a page, blank or otherwise. The dust jacket looks pretty good from the outside but someone placed a lot of tape along all the underside at all edges, flap folds, and along the spine. Much of this looks completely unnecessary but there are some repaired tears along the spine. Some of this tape left some stains along the outer edges of the rear panel.
