Olive green textured, stapled wraps with mountain image on front cover. 12 pp. with no illustrations. Only 100 copies of this were made for Lorne Pierce and friends in April 1940 by the Ryerson Press. "As artist, poet, teacher and Canadian, J.E.H. MacDonals wrote his name large upon the record of our national life, and becamse so thoroughly our interpreter that his name must live so long as our country lasts." - the author; includes quotes by Wordsworth. A lovely booklet/tribute.

MacDonald, R.C.A., one hundred copies only were made for Lorne Pierce and a few friends in April, 1940, by the Ryerson Press, Toronto." Stapled booklet, moss green paper wraps, 12 pages. Wraps wrinkled and chipped along edges, strip (1.5 x .5 inch) missing from front lower edge near spine, previous owner's initials in pencil on front, triangular crease at top and bottom of pages - overall, good. Collectable.. Limited. Soft Cover. Good/No DJ. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
