Sewn sheets, no wrappers apparent. 18 sheets, 36 pp. including last sheet with 2 pp ads for boks sold by the publisher. Small engraving on first page / title-page, as well as 1 woodcut "Anaotomy of Man's Body, as said to be governed by the Twelve Constellations" on p. 3. Appears to be Quaker-influenced, as Meeting times and places for all Yearly Meetings are included.
