New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1925. Hardcover. Illustrations by H.S. Barbour. Small 8vo. Light blue cloth with dark blue lettering, pictorial dust jacket. 276pp, (6pp ads). Frontispiece, 3 full-page plates. Very good/very good. Jacket a bit edgeworn and spine a tad age toned and rubbed; ownership signature on front flyleaf. A tight, handsome first edition of the eighth title in the popular "Polly Brewster Series" (15 titles,1922-31). Title page lists the first seven titles only, as does ad at rear and rear jacket flap.
