New York: Nims and Knight, 1885. Cloth. Fair/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾"- 9¾" tall. Collection of Tennyson's poems, with numerous black and white illustrations. Gilt foredge, gilding also on spine and front board--front cloth with wonderful decorative pattern. Wear to all corners and edges, a few page corners bent at top. Previous owner's name on front endpaper. Half of blank page between frontis and title is missing, title page has some staining. Interior pages have a touch of browning, but are overall quite good.

London: Macmillan and Co., Ltd., 1908. 1st Edition 5th or later Printing. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. First edition and fifth printing. Volume I of two volumes. In good dark red cloth boards, gilt titles and decoration with initials 'A.T.' to front. The covers are clean and fairly tight; spine sunned; corners and spine ends a little frayed, fore edge has a few small kinks. Slightly tanned free end papers, name and pencil marks on front free end paper; pencil marks on rear free end paper. Unmarked gilt cut edges; the fore and tail edges are deckled and lightly tanned. The text block is tightly bound; not tanned, no inscriptions etc. - in good plus condition.
