New York. Winchester Press. 1972. First Edition. Quarto (10 x 8). 127 pp. Inscribed and signed by Pete Hidy on the front end paper. With a color photo of Pete laid-in, photographed in his home in Boise. A beautiful book which captures in photos the beauty and purpose of fly fishing. One of the fishermen seen in several of the photos is my late friend John McCormac, an angler who was passionate about the sport and who was a good friend of Pete Hidy. The book is bound in gray tweed cloth with red titles. Pictorial dust jacket. Quite scarce inscribed and signed (except for my copies, which for some reason sprout up like mushrooms in a spring rain). A nice book. Fine in a fine dust jacket.. Signed by Author.
