Clean pale blue cloth boards, stamped gilt emblem and gilt titles on spine. Very light edge rubbing, spine ends bumped but all intact. Slightly tanned cut edges. Illustrated inside covers, faint foxing spots and to FFEP. Clean text block, fine b/w drawings including title page. Binding solid.

Pages and illustrations have light tanning and foxing throughout. Previous owner's inscription to half-title page. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends. Unclipped jacket has heavy edgewear with areas of loss, heavy tears, chips, and creasing. Light sunning, foxing and marking overall.
