The Committee called for equality on the basis of religion, sex, and race in the selection of medical students. This pamphlet addresses the problem of graduates from overseas institutions being rejected after the war, when there was a glut of returning medical students. Particular attention is given to the exclusion of graduates of three Scottish schools.
