Near fine with modest foxing along the page edges and faint soiling on the front board in a good price-clipped dustwrapper with a long tear along the front spine fold, large chipping on the spine ends, and tears along the flap folds. With revisions by Elbert S. Maloney, William Koelbel, John Wilde, H.D. Da Boll, and Gardner Emmons.
