A finely leather bound MANUSCRIPT prayer book in French- 6x4 inches- full pressed red calf with criss-cross gilt pattern to the spine and floral roll tool to the boards. E. K initialled on the upper board. Title as above, within engraved border - pages numbered 1-198 plus 28 unnumbered leaves. Apparently lacking page 43/44 and 188 but 188 is more likely an error of pagination. One engraved plate of Christ on the Cross. Condition issues- all the text is with ink framed boarder and many of the borders have perished leaving the central text section loose. See photos. no date eighteenth century.
