Near Fine/No Jacket. 4to - over 9� - 12" tall. 1st Printing 1 Copyright date 1931, first limited edition, Dr. Warthin died May 1931, without having signed the copies of "The Physician Of the Dance of Death" which were specially bound and wear to bear his signature. The publishers have on hand a number of the autographed copies of the Credo from Dr. Wharthin's "creed of a biologist" (specially printed on hand-made paper) one will be given with each of these books. Blue and tan cover over boards with dark brown lettering and design on the spine and guilt lettering on the front board. Blue inside covers front and back, top page edges guilt.
