Mountain View, CA: The Artichoke Press, 1976. First edition. Hardcover. One of only 200 numbered copies of this sumptuously produced book. A beautiful production bound in half leather using Nigerian goatskin and marbled papers and gilt lettering. The final distilling of Bullock's thoughts on photography with six paragraphs of his writings and six tipped in images printed from copper engravings and with an additional frontispiece image of Bullock taken by Jim Hill. An as new copy with small image debossed on the front board in as new marbled slipcase. No dust jacket as issued.Signed by the printer Jonathan Clark and with Bullock's initials mounted on the limitation page. Laid in is the original prospectus which was limited to 450 copies as well as an order form and two signed notes from the publisher as well.

All books noted as First Editions are also First Printings unless indicated otherwise. Books are returnable for any reason within 10 days provided they are returned in the same condition they were sent.
