Rubbing and fading to boards; small piece missing from top of spine exposing weave. Contents are clean and binding remains firm; overall in very good condition.The Philosophy of the Human Voice by Philadelphia physician James Rush (1786-1869) is a seminal study and was at the time considered to be "the most advanced medical study of the human voice".
