The text is illustrated with photographs and black-and-white advertisements, the major advertisements being of cigarettes, alcohol and cars. Illustrated cover with white coloured titles to the front panel. Photographic, showing Bruno Walter, with brown coloured titles. Inserted loosely is a booklet of eight pages, giving a more detailed description of the pieces to be played – Brahms Cycle IV, with Myra Hess as the pianist. The programme booklet is creased at the corners with rubbing of the book edges and panels. Chipping to the lower at one third of the backstrip and there are a few marks / foxing to the top of the front panel. The accompanying booklet is slightly age toned. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall. 14 pages.. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Illustrator: Illustrated.
