1917 Cook & Son. SCARCE. Book is in good/good-condition considering age (nearly 100 yrs. old). NOT EX-LIBRARY. No DJ. With maps, Plans, and Illustrations, 181 pp. + 23 pp. advertisements. Rubbing/Bumping due to age. Dark green cover with black lettering on front & spine. No tears but binding is loose and 1 advertisement page has come loose from binding.There are signs of visible wear which may include markings, bookplate or authors name, bumping, small tears, non-major spine or binding defects but book is still wholly intact. SEE PICTURES for any wear or defects. Condition based on age of book.
