A few repairs to edges and some cover soil, VG. This fairy poem was issued in honor of Ruth Cleveland's (Grover Cleveland's daughter) move into the White House after her father's inauguration. According to this tale told in verse, all of the children who have ever lived at the White House return as flowers to escort the child of a new president as he or she moves in. The various verses mention all of the previous presidents and their children. Illustrated with color covers and 4 full page half-tones by Emma Maynicke depicting children as flowers.
