Boston: Ticknor and Fields, 1863. Cloth. Very Good. A solid copy of the 1863 true 1st edition (with the misspelled "myterious" on pg. 145 and the single page of ads at pg. 399). Tight and VG+ in its light-brown cloth, with decorative blindstamping at the panels and bright gilt-lettering along the spine. Very light foxing to the preliminaries, otherwise clean as could be. Thick 12mo, possibly preceded by the English edition of the same date.
