First published in 1940 Light wear to the tips, corners, and edges of the book, bit of rubbing to front cover, original owner's name twice once in script and once in juvenile form, some slight page and page edge soiling otherwise clean and unmarked. A very nice copy of the classic Level 1-2 reader that taught the baby boom how to read. Every effort is made to ship all books and other items within 24 hours. Clean recycled packing material will be used when possible. The Book Shed has a been a member of the Vermont Antiquarian Bookseller's Association since 1997.
