London., 1905.. Signed in ink by the artist. Blind stamped 'Published Nov 1905 The Stafford Gallery 34 Old Bond Street'.Nicholson made numerous drawings and sketches of Oxford between 1902 and 1904. The series was completed in 1904 and published November 1905 in two portfolios consisting of 24 plates. The descriptions which accompany them were written by Arthur Waugh. Lithograph. Original colour. Very good condition. Size: 35.2 x 27 cm. In original mount.
