One Atlas Folio sized broadside, 22 x 28.5 in., printed on thick card stock, w/ updated staggered fees list tipped-in, woodcut printed borders (edgewear, rubbing, soiling, creasing to couple corners, soiling to upper fore-edge, couple minor closed tears), still good bright copy. First edition, thus, of this exceedingly scarce survivor broadside posted in Highway Department and Vehicle License Registration offices across the state when Oregon became the first in the nation to enact a staggered registration system for passenger car and pickups, which allowed for drivers renewing to be spread out over 12 months instead of overwhelming the system once a year. This broadside also mentions how Oregon had raised the registration fee from $ 5 to $ 10 per vehicle, and also notes the valid license numbers at the time, and the fees to be incurred when renewing for more than one year.
