Lugduni Batavorum (Leiden): Ex Officina Hackiana, 1670. [16], 844pp, [32]. Full vellum with overlapping fore-edges, smooth spine divided into six panels by gilt double rules, first panel with author's name in gilt, remaining panels with central tudor rose in gilt, covers with gilt double fillet border and central coat of arms. Slightly rubbed, vellum very slightly grubby, internally lightly browned, but generally clean. Engraved title page. Dibdin calls this the best variorum edition, "elegantly printed by Hackius, and was superintended by Thysius ... It is now a scarce book" (Dibdin). Dibdin II:522, Schweiger II:1111. First Thus. Full Vellum. Good+. 8vo.
