Sauk City, Wisconsin: Arkham House, 1943. black (Holliston Black Novelex) boards with gilt ltrs on spine, 309 yellowing pages on Winnebago Eggshell paper, corners/edges/and head-heel of spine are bumped & beginning to fray, ink name/ date/ and address on upper ffep, tight. Brown pictorial DJ has beige ltrs and is nicked and chipped on corners & edges with one bad scruff mark on back cover. One of 2,000 copies printed. Horror / supernatural short story collection.. 1st Printiing Thus. Hardcover. Good/Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
