[32] pages. Norton Juster (born 1929) is an American academic, architect, and popular writer. He is best known as an author of children's books, notably for The Phantom Tollbooth and The Dot and the Line. His memoir, Backing into Forward was published in the same year as The Odious Ogre.<br /> <br /> Jules Feiffer (born 1929) is a Pulitzer Prize-winning (satirical) cartoonist and author. In 2004 he was inducted into the Comic Book Hall of Fame.
