B&W Illustrations; This copy is a First Trade Edition in the second binding, 1st priority - with the Ballantine monogram on the spine printed upsidedown (as per Currey). The book is in Very Good+ condition and has a Very Good to Near Very Good+ dust jacket. The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. There is some beginning rubbing and wear to the spine ends and corners of the book cover. The text pages are clean and bright, though the endpapers and edges of the text block have some toning and the top edge of the text block has foxing. The dust jacket has several small edge nicks and tears and a chip missing from the top spine end. The spine is noticeably faded and there is some light, generalized ground-in dirt.
