Bolinas, CA: The Nuclear Sovereignty Project, 1987. 16p., wraps secured by folding, 8.5 x 11 inches, a few small stains to rear wrap else very good condition. Entire issue dedicated to reports and updates on the situation in Palau. In 1979, voters in Palau enacted a constitution declaring it a nuclear-free zone. Between then and the release of this issue the US government forced 7 more elections, hoping to reverse the outcome. This issue focuses on the government's efforts to force yet another election, which eventually succeeded in August of 1987. Only 1 in OCLC as of 1/2021.
