New York: Harper & Brothers, 1931. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Just About Fine/Near Fine. Black cloth over boards, title and decorations stamped in blue onto upper board and spine, 12mo (7-1/4 inches tall), pp. vi, [viii], 270, stated first edition. Volume with spine ends just slightly softened and very light taps to upper board corners, else fine; pages 241-270 still remain within the publisher's unopened printed seal. Price-intact DJ with partial fade to spine panel, light edge wear, a few short closed tears and two faint creases to upper corner of rear flap. An outstanding copy with great uncredited Deco artwork - scarce in this condition with both the jacket and seal intact.
