Worn: dust-soil, crimping and a light vertical crease of the entire item, staples are rusted (migration), much slighter signs of handling within, fair to good copy. A periodic up-date and come-on aimed at investors; first lines of text read "With Five Buildings in Design Stage the World's Fair Will Soon Begin to 'Jell' ,, The year 1937 will see the Fair poured in its mold and starting to 'jell'..
