Blue boards with blind stamped dark blue single wing plane overlaid with gilt illustration of the God Mercury. Rubbing and bumping to corners and front fore-edge. Free endpaper has erased but still lightly visible pencil writing; no other marks, tears or folds, pages are clean with very light toning. A lovely piece of history.
