This particular edition was designed to be personalized with blanks on the front wrapper for "The Chart and Character of___________ as Marked By ___________" and with a two page numerical chart on which scores are noted in pencil. Wrappers have soiling and chips, interior pages a bit rounded at the corners. As is.
