Illustrator: Photographic. 1.4 kg; 224 pages, in original hardcover binding with colour illustrated dustjacket. The dustjacket has a 1 inch tear at the top right of the front panel, and some rubbing of the top edge. There is a cooking stains affecting the bottom left-hand corner of the last few pages when looked at from the back of the book. (It's the bottom right-hand corner when looked at from the front of the book) no other damage to describe. Illustrated with parts and full-page colour photography, and the text uses different sized fonts, and boldness to emphasise and highlight recipes. The author described this new food has been part Mediterranean part-asian, and part-cake archaic because it bows to the past, sends kisses to Europe, shakes hands with Asia, and is happy at home in its own backyard. -- This new food is a child born of both the traditional Mediterranean diet, and the equally ancient and healthy traditional Asian way of eating. -- Page 8 Size: Folio ( 12"- 15" tall ).
