Black and white photographic card cover with dark orange and white coloured titles to the front panel and black and white coloured titles to the backstrip. In 1964 the British Labour Party was elected to power. In a series of speeches, its leader Harold Wilson, gave a series of speeches on his and his party's vision of Britain under their government. A little creasing to the book corners with rubbing of book edges and panels. There is a small split to the top left hand corner of the backstrip. Browning of the text block edges and pages.
