At the end of the there are four pages of maps: the first two pages showing the Nazi power at its widest extent, and, the next two pages showing major concentration and extermination camps. Photographic paperback binding with silver, gold and white coloured titles to the front panel and silver and white coloured titles to the backstrip. Between 1933 and 1945, 6 million European Jews were exterminated by the Nazi regime. The number is incomprehensible, and, at the same time a statistic, but, this book takes those incomprehensible statistics and brings it down to people through their own experiences and words. For, as the rear panel blurb states " ... Here are the stories of those people, recorded in letters and diaries, and in the memories of those who survived stop seen through their eyes, the horror becomes real. We cannot deny – can never forget."  A little creasing of the book corners with rubbing of the book edges and panels. The front panel has started to curl and there is a little age toning of the textblock edges and pages. Minor chipping of the backstrip corners.   Size: Trade Paperback.
