London: M H Gill & Son Ltd, 1912. Hardcover. Poor/None. This is a first editon of this scarce book. Blue cloth boards covered by previous owner with clear plastic for protection. Pages yellowing along edges, but all pages are legible. Damage to ends of spine. Binding detached and repaired by owner at full title page and rear pastedown. Owners name, location, date in pen on ffep and also notes on front pastedown with dried flowers taped on with same clear plastic Contact paper. Also note from early (1915) giver of the book is laid in. Pages are intact and sewn binding is holding. Valuable for its representation of the historical topography of Dublin, much of it now changed. With photographs and maps.
